Put REAL CRIMINALS (those who physically harm or sexually abuse children or cause substantial physical harm to non consenting adults) into a two tiered prison system FOR LIFE, with certain exceptions.

Tier 1 is very restrictive for those who can’t live civilly within a prison system and Tier 2 is a farming, working, self-sustaining, fairly free life, for those who prove they can live a civilized life within the prison system. Certain exceptions to “life in prison” can be extended after a substantial period of model behavior time in Tier 2.

ALL drugs are legalized, taxed and distributed according to the Stop The Hypocrisy Plan, and REAL LIFE drug education about all drugs is mandatory for grades k-12.
